Webinar Speaker : Bertrand Cattiaux
His journey makes him a "restorer at heart". He had the chance to work on emblematic pieces of French heritage, sweeping the entire musical history. We can cite the extremely rare Renaissance organ from the Etampes collegiate church, the 17th century organ from the Bolbec church, one of a kind, the Clicquot organ from Poitiers cathedral for the 18th century, the great Cavaillé-Coll de Saint -Sernin, in Toulouse, for the 19th century. There is also the organ of Notre-Dame de Paris, in perpetual evolution, of which he has recently extended the sound palette.

This intimate exploration of the instruments makes Bertrand Cattiaux a fine connoisseur of French voicing. Extremely sharp knowledge.

Since 1998, the music lover has also devoted himself to creation with a first order for the Saint-Rémi basilica in Reims. Many will follow, such as Courbevoie (92) or Amilly (45), and a more recent major project for the cathedral of Basse-Terre in Guadeloupe.
